Pursuant to § 93 (2) Austrian Stock Exchange Act, DO & CO Aktiengesellschaft announces, that on 14 March 2016 it has received notification from Erste Asset Management GmbH that as of 14 March 2016 Erste Asset Management GmbH with its affiliates ERSTE-SPARINVEST Kapitalanlagegesellschaft m.b.H. and RINGTURM Kapitalanlagegesellschaft m.b.H. (with which affiliates Erste Asset Management GmbH pursues a joint voting rights policy according to § 92 Z 1 Austrian Stock Exchange Act) has crossed the 4% threshold, holding a total of 399,968 shares in DO & CO Aktiengesellschaft (29,156 of these shares being held by Erste Asset Management GmbH itself, 59,000 of these shares being held by ERSTE-SPARINVEST Kapitalanlagegesellschaft m.b.H and 311,812 of these shares being held by RINGTURM Kapitalanlagegesellschaft m.b.H). This corresponds to a stake of 4.105% of the voting rights in DO & CO Aktiengesellschaft.
